Listserver - an email listserver, free to members, to discuss issues related to the organization and issues related to criminal defense.
Lobbying
- MCDAA members represent the association in various forums to obtain
information about new legislation and/or rules and to speak on behalf of the
association.
Membership Directory - an annual directory containing
names, addresses, phone, and e-mail of current members.
Networking - through meetings, continuing legal
education programs, and social functions.
Newsletter - issued
bi-monthly discussing the latest criminal law issues and
topics.
Representation
- Occasionally, association members will offer legal services to a member or
cause deemed to be worthy.
